I did like that there were a few ways to personalize the order, but for the price, I expected more options. The preview was decent, but it wasn’t super clear, so after I paid I started feeling a bit unsure about whether it would actually come out the way I wanted. In the end, the order turned out fine, but the whole customization process could’ve been easier and a little more reassuring.

I got a bracelet from Porter Lyons it looked really nice when it first arrived. I was excited to wear it. But after a few weeks, the clasp started feeling a little loose, and I noticed some small scratches on the finish. I do still wear it here and there, because it’s cute, but for the price, I kind of expected it to hold up better. It’s not bad, just not something I’d call amazing either.

Ordering ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. The checkout page kept lagging, and the updates after that weren’t very clear. Maybe their system was overloaded or something, but I was mostly just left wondering what was going on.

The sizing was spot on for me. I’m picky about little things like where the seams sit and whether it feels snug in the wrong spots, but this fit just like I expected right out of the package

Porter Lyons definitely has some really unique pieces, and I do like that they don’t look like everything else you see online. A lot of the designs feel personal and bold, which is refreshing, but I also felt like I had to kind of force myself to be patient and warm up to them instead of just instantly liking them.
Some of the styles were a little too specific for me, honestly. I can appreciate the creativity, but after staring at a few pieces for longer than I wanted to, I still wasn’t sure I’d actually wear most of them day to day.

I stopped in to check out a ring, and the store itself was really pretty!! But the staff didn’t seem very interested in helping me. I felt like I was bothering them just by asking questions, which was disappointing since the prices definitely aren’t cheap. I expected a much better experience and ended up leaving without buying anything.

It also didn’t bother my skin, which is usually the first thing that makes me stop wearing jewelry.

I’ve worn it through a few full days, including being out and moving around a lot, and it stayed comfortable the whole time. I’m giving it 4 stars just because I wish the fit was slightly more perfect, but overall it’s still very wearable and easy to keep on every day.
